The Challenge

Baltic Roofing was considered by many to be one of the top companies in Chicago, but their brand was underperforming and they were at risk of loosing market share to lesser qualified companies with better brands.

Customer perception about most trades, and especially with roofing companies, is that they are unprofessional, unfriendly, and untrustworthy. Despite scoring high in all of these categories, Baltic Roofing needed to rebrand themselves in order to open more doors, gain trust, drive sales and fend off competition.

The Solution

Research revealed the main reason behind Baltic Roofing’s image was that people thought they were just like all of the other roofing companies in Chicago.

We needed to prove that Baltic Roofing was the trusted choice for all of their clients roofing needs. We did this by creating a clean and friendly brand identity that tells the world that they are professional, friendly and trustworthy.

The Results

Baltic Roofing’s rebrand successfully delivered on its objectives to drive incremental revenue by increasing their brand perceptions (now at an all time high).

What made this project unique is that it was done entirely virtually due to Covid travel restrictions. Thanks to our process, systems, digital communications, and project management tools that were in place pre pandemic, we were able to complete the project on schedule, and to our highest standard excellence. Best of all is that Darius has become a good friend, even though we have yet to meet for a pint.
